Why cant i download nexus mods

I notice you'd have to pay Premium now in Nexus but eventhough i am logged in i am wondering if i am being blocked and i need to purchase a membership account? I doubt it. I've tried Chrome and IE - when I click the green download now thing, it opens a popup that won't load, I get 'cannot display page' errors. Possible that the site is having issues. Maybe give it a few minutes before you try again. Disable any pop-up blockers you might be running. That's all I can think of.
